Adhesive Lined Heatshrink Terminals

Adhesive lined heatshrink terminals provide superior environmental protection and mechanical strength for electrical connections. These terminals feature an outer heatshrink sleeve with an internal layer of hot-melt adhesive. Upon heating, the sleeve shrinks, and the adhesive melts, creating a watertight and abrasion-resistant seal around the crimped joint. This design also repairs insulation splits from crimping and allows for visual inspection of the wire insertion before heating. Variants include crimp-only and solder butt connectors.
