Tinsnips
Tinsnips, or tin shears, are hand tools specifically designed for cutting sheet metal. They feature high-carbon steel blades that are hardened and tempered to withstand the forces required to shear through metal without chipping or deforming. The range includes traditional straight-pattern tinman's shears and offset-pattern aviation snips (left and right cutting) that keep the user's hand away from the sharp cut edge, allowing for improved manoeuvrability and safety.
